What are the Advantages of Joining ASNYC as a Member?
While most programs at Anthroposophy NYC are open to all, many choose to become members of the Branch and its community. Joining Anthroposophy NYC means becoming part of a living stream of spiritual and cultural work in the
heart of Manhattan.
Here, study, art, and conversation meet in lectures, workshops, and seasonal festivals that bring Rudolf Steiner’s insights into the pulse of city life. Members help sustain the Rudolf Steiner Bookstore — a rare public resource — and join a welcoming community dedicated to inner growth, creative action, and the renewal of culture in
New York and beyond.

Monthly members meetings
As a member of Anthroposophy NYC, you are encouraged to attend our monthly members’ meetings. We normally meet on the first Friday of the month at 7 pm on Zoom. Members are sent a Zoom invitation before each meeting.
Other meetings
If you have renewed your membership for 2025 you will receive invitations for Zoom members’ evening and for special in-person gatherings via email.

Memberships
General Membership
Anthroposophy NYC participants who pay the annual membership fee. The annual fee, on a sliding scale, is $35-$70. Most members join at the $70 level. Sign up below.
Voting Members
General members with voting privileges on matters of importance to ASNYC, including on election of Council members at the annual meeting. After two consecutive years as general members, individuals are welcome to request approval from the Council of voting membership status below. A history of on-line and/or live participation in branch activities is a prerequisite for voting rights.
